Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before signing and returning the Booking Information Form OR completing the Online Booking Form, upon receipt of which you are confirming that these conditions are acceptable. We will hold the Apartment as provisionally booked for a period of 7 days, subject to the receipt of deposit and Booking Information form.

1. A deposit of £600 must accompany all bookings. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of both this and the booking information

2. The final balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.

3. A security deposit of £600 is required, payable with balance of Rental cost, to cover any damage, breakage or theft. Any of these should be advised to the owner/agent as soon as possible. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, subject to confirmation from our agent that everything was found in order. In the unlikely event of serious damage you are responsible for any additional costs incurred. We reserve the right to use part of the security deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs should the Apartment be left in an unacceptable condition.

4. Payments should be made by bank transfer, GBP or EUR are acceptable.

5. No Smoking is permitted in the building, including the Apartment, the balcony and all communal areas of the building such as hallways and the underground car park.

6. No Pets allowed.

7. Only those individuals listed on the booking information form may stay in the apartment.

8. We (the owners) cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage caused during your stay.

9. Rental periods normally commence from 4.00 pm on day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed, and you are asked to vacate the Apartment by 10.00 am on your day of departure to allow time for the Apartment to be cleaned. Should you have any other requirements please let us know and we shall do our best to accommodate them.

10. In the event of you encountering any problem upon your arrival, please advise our agent as soon as possible to allow us to rectify same.

11. At least 2 weeks prior to your stay we will forward your Rental Itinerary, which will include:

   a. Directions and map to the Apartment

   b. Arrangement for collection of keys

   c. Contact details for our Agent who is resident in St Martin de Belleville
